Tora Indecent Exposure On the Beach

This is a nice quick RP that can of course go on into something more.

Tora starts on the beach wearing her microkini or her crotchless microkini because she knows that her friend or lover is on patrol on the beach that day, and would like to tease them.

Of course the lover decides to take full advantage of it, because Tora has been innocently having some fun like putting on sun tan lotion in a sensual manner, or similar things. The friend of course decides to arrest her for indecent exposure, and out comes the cuffs and collar, and gag. Just to show that the city is doing something about the problem. Leaving Tora in an outfit like this but with the bikini still on. The bikini is of course quickly removed and kept as evidence. The roleplay can of course continue onwards into something more. Dragging Tora away to be arrested. Or even taken before a judge to be tried for her indecent exposure.
