Shra-aael
Shra-aael is a renegade drow elf from the underdark. She was discovered not to be all that evil or cruel and was enslaved, and was to be eventually sacrificed to the Drow death goddess. But she escaped before that happened. The iron cuffs and collar and piercings she wears stop her from being able to wear clothes because of a lightning trap enchanted on them. When non restraining clothes cover her the trap goes off, incinerating the clothes and knocking her off her feet. So for the most part she is naked. Though she has been given one disguise that doesn't activate the trap.

Demon Summoning RP
One idea is that Shra-aael is practicing a demon summoning, not really a full summoning, because she doesn't want to do that yet, just practice for the test. So she starts off with drawing the summoning circle, and then working on positioning how she wants the demon to show up. Of course since this is a transposition summoning she takes her position in the circle. Wearing nothing but cuffs and collar, and a ballgag around her neck. And a few loose chains connected to rings in the floor. After all you don't want a demon getting away.
Well she starts initial spell, skipping a few words so that she doesn't actually summon anything. But a succubus is wandering by and decides to take advantage of the situation, and completes the words, at least of the initial spell. The cuffs and collar fix permanently in place on the drow girl, and the chains tighten so her wrists and elbows are forced behind her back and she is forced to kneel there. The gag goes up into her mouth and fastens in place. This is when the succubus reveals herself to her new sex slave.

Shra-aael is a renegade Drow so obviously she'll get hunted eventually. Either by surface dwellers or by underdark inhabitants looking to collect on the bounty.

Magical Chain
When not in use the magical chain look like a single link of chain. When thrown at a fleeing girl wearing what Shar-aael usually wears (wrist, elbow and ankle cuffs), it grows to contain more links. The link at the end of the chain catches a D-ring on Shra-aael's elbow cuff and drags it behind her, also forcing the other elbow cuff to meet it behind her back, trapping the elbows together.
A link farther down the chain then links onto a D-ring on her wrist cuff, and links to her other wrist cuff as well. This of course forces her arms back tightly, as if they were in a tight arm binder. The chain then goes down to her ankles and repeats the process, forcing the ankles together. When all is secure the chain then shrinks back down as much as it can between wrists and ankles, forcing the girl into a severe hogtie.
Magical Gag
The gag is like the chain, in that it looks like a normal rubber ball when not in use. When thrown at the girl it grows leather straps. If it hits the girl right the straps wrap around the girl in a sort of training harness and push the ball into her mouth. The harness also has a blindfold on it. The training harness starts with the customary leather around the back of her head, but it also has a chin strap to keep her from opening her mouth, and a pair of straps that start at her cheeks and join at her forehead to form a last strap over her head to join at the standard strap.
The ball is magical silencing all words, but letting moans and gasps to escape. It also allows penetration into her mouth, acting as a sort of ring gag when something is pushed against it, flowing out of the way to leave her mouth open.
Leash
The leash doesn't get thrown like the other two, its there to help when the other pieces have done their jobs. When clipped to the collar it allows the blindfold to be removed from the gag, as well as the ball to be pulled from the mouth. If the leash is dropped or removed from the collar the blindfold and gag go back into place. Likewise when the leash is held, and the person holding the leash wills it, can cause the chain to regrow again, when it gets level to her knees it will form a large O-ring and sprout two chains that attach to her ankle cuffs. This allows for her to walk, but not run. Of course the leash holder can stop the chain growth so that she can rest comfortably on her knees, or cause it to grow to its full length. When the leash is dropped of course the chain shrinks down as much as it can.
