Mental Facility on a Deserted Island Theme

Summary

Older brother who's graduated college, and younger sister who's just graduated, college or High School have gone off together on a sailing trip. The sister has spent the past semester in class so she wants to work on her tan so she's been wearing a tie-sided string bikini, it could even have been a microkini. A rogue wave hits the boat and it capsizes, and the two get separated and washed up on the shore of a deserted island. The string bikini did not survive the trip leaving the sister naked. The brother might still be wearing his shorts. The two siblings have to explore the island to see if they can find a way off of it to get back home.

The island is home to an abandoned mental facility, that was abandoned in the past few years. Its powered down, but there might still be a way to reactivate the generators. The mental facility was for 'criminally insane' women, as a last chance to rehabilitate them, if they couldn't be rehabilitated they were sent to the chair. In actual fact the facility was set up to supplement the income of a corrupt government. Beautiful tourists and locals were picked up for the smallest offences and the paperwork was misfiled and they were sent to the mental facility to be trained as sex slaves. The executions were there to cover the fact that the trained girls were being sold off, and to add some fear to the training.

Setting

The deserted island is fairly large, and is sitting in the middle of an active seismic zone. In face its built on a dormant volcano. Tsunami's frequently hit the island from different directions. So the beach has been swept clean, a tall sandstone cliff butts up to the edge of the beach, smooth and at least twenty feet tall (six meters) and can't be climbed without tools. There is a stairway cut into the cliff, that even has a steel banister. This leads to the first level.

On the first level is a jungle forest, thick and dark. No wild animals larger than a rabbit. A path has been cut into the jungle, that has been overgrown, but still visible as it hasn't been completely reclaimed. This leads to another cliff, this one three to four times higher. With more stairs leading upwards.

The second level has another jungle, that leads to an overgrown clearing. Trees haven't had a chance to grow in it. But the grass is at least waist tall. Buildings that could be called concrete blocks sit in the middle of the clearing. The windows are all barred and the doors are metal.

The facility has guard areas, padded rooms, patient rooms that look like cells, and everything that can be thought of for a mental facility. Underneath the mental facility are other areas that would be used for training the sex slaves.

Ideas for the Theme

• The sister could have some mild form of ADD and likes to fiddle with stuff. So when they find restraints and the brother is off exploring things gallantly she can't help but to image what it would be like to wear them. Maybe even test fitting wrist cuffs behind her back, some sort of surprise causes her to accidently lock them in place.
• The only clothes they initially find on the island is a straight jacket like the description here and the brother dares the sister to try it on.
• The brother could have been in the military after college, and learned a few languages. The language used in all the facility papers could be in one of those languages that the sister doesn't speak.
