MPI for moo is a new technology for Manifold.  I had a lot of complaints from people who wanted to use MPI that comes from MUCKs.  I don't know how to administrate a MUCK, but I do know how to work with a MOO.  So there's a new MPI layer for MOO.

MPI for MOO implements a fair amount of different MPI features.

MPI for MOO works on description and actions.  It doesn't work on anything else yet.
