Tora is an averaged height girl, rising only to about 5'5" to the top of her head. Though not very tall she has a lithe and supple body. Though not overly strong, her flesh is still smooth and silky, not much fat shows under this skin, just enough to enhance her breasts and hips. Long golden blond hair runs down her back to just above her mid back. Breasts while not overly large are still fair sized. Her legs are long, sleek and well toned, calf muscles rounded and not the flat legs on girls who only diet to maintain their figure.

A pair of emerald green eyes highlight her face under thick dark blond eyebrows. Her lips while full are generally smiling showing her white teeth below. A cute nose finishes up her face.

Covering Tora's naked skin are strips of vibrant green cloth, coloured to catch the eye. But the cloth is different; soft and slick as silk it has many of the properties of Kevlar, being un-tearable. Two narrow bands of the cloth, being only a few inches wide, are formed into loops. Each passes through her legs, and over a shoulder. Covering her sex and breasts modestly, but revealing her hips and sides. The strips are narrow enough that the inner and outer curves of her breasts are easily seen. Each unbreakable strip has snaps at the shoulders for easy removal.

Several matching bands wrap around her legs and arms, the strips each are snapped in place. Covering her feet and legs to her knees are a set of flared cuff superhero boots. The boots are coloured a few shades a brighter blue then her dark blue fur. Over her hands and lower arms are red super hero gloves. Hugging against her arms but with some flairs of cloth to draw notice. Over her face is a matching red super hero mask, flaring out to disguise who she is. Her long green hair still flows unteathered in loose waves to the mid of her back. Making a contrast to all this is the bright yellow utility belt around her waist.

The last part of her outfit is a cape. Most super heroes have one, and so does she. But this cape is long and seems to change length depending on the situation. The outside is black, but the inside is the same red as her mask and gloves, setting off her blue fur and green costume. The cape always seems to flow as if in the wind or has a mind of its own.
