Tora's body is barely clad by fabric that has seen better days. The girl has obviously salvaged the dirty cloth from somewhere and has made it into a sort of outfit. The top fabric is made up of torn, dirty white cotton that is wrapped around her breasts and upper body. She has used a knot to hook it over her shoulder and a second knot under her arm just below her breasts. The ragged cloth is barely big enough to cover her ample curves, and looks to be straining against the knots.
The bottom part of the blonde's outfit is made up of more pieces of tattered cloth, both made up of cotton, one blue and one red. The two pieces of cloth are joined by knots at the blonde's hips, this exposes her legs all the way to the hip, as the two pieces of cloth hang down to barely cover her sex and buttocks, falling down to above mid-thigh. The rest of her body is exposed, showing off her toned and trim legs, shapely legs and strong arms. On her feet she is wearing some sandals.
The final covering the blonde wears doesn't hide any of her skin. Around her neck is a heavy steel collar that has been riveted in place, it is fully three inches wide, and about half an inch thick. The front, sides and back all have heavy D-rings rivet to the metal. Around her wrists and ankles, and just above her elbows she wears matching cuffs, though the cuffs are a thinner than the heavy collar around her neck, each of them are equally hard to remove, being riveted closed around her limbs.
