Out of Fiction History
Manifold started as an experimental MOO between myself and one other person. They wanted to learn how to build on a MOO, and I wanted a place where I could work on new code ideas. Unfortunately the other person is no longer around, but we had a good start on it. We have a small player base, and of course the game is invite only so it will probably remain small. I keep it running because its a good place to start.
- Manifold was copied from another core I had called KinkIE in September of 2005.
- Manifold was restarted on the latest Lambda MOO core in January of 2006, and of course everything was ported, rooms, characters, etc.
